1. How easy is it to book online?

It really takes no more than 60 seconds. Simply fill out the booking form here: laundrylicious.com/book-now and we’ll be in touch to confirm your date and time in less than 1 hour.

2. How much is one load of laundry?

One load of laundry is about the amount that fits in a regular size washing machine. We accept a maximum of 10 lbs. as one load of laundry. It’s probably good if you can fit it into a laundry basket, or IKEA bag. If you have a hamper, XL laundry bag or trash bag, it will count for 2 loads.

To give you an idea of what 10 lbs of laundry may be:

2 pairs of jeans
2 long-sleeve shirts
5 t-shirts
1 cotton sweater/sweat shirt
7 pairs of undergarments
7 pairs of socks
1 set of sheets
1 towel

Most people have about 10 – 15 lbs of laundry per person per week.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept credit/debit cards. Our online payments are processed by stripe, and are processed though a fully secure 256 bit protocol. Booking through Laundrylicious is safe and secure and we guarantee this.  Any unauthorized charges that are made to your card as a result of doing business with us will be fully refunded.

4. What does it cost for laundry service?

We operate on a simple rate of $35 per load and we give discounts based on the frequency of picking up/delivery of laundry up to 15% discount per week.

5. For recurring service do I have to contact you each time?

After you set up a recurring service, we’ll be there like clockwork on the date and time you choose.  We will send a reminder email and text message (if you choose) on the day before so you will be expecting us.

6. What services do you provide?

We provide laundry services and dry cleaning, this includes:

Sorting the laundry color from whites

Washing

Drying

Folding

We’ll package it nicely for you.

We can handle most dry cleaning requests, for special items, like leather, rugs, etc, feel free to call for an estimate, or add it to the notes and we’ll provide you a quote.

7. What kind of laundry do you accept?

We currently offer a very straight forward service and can wash all your items that you usually put in the washing machine. Please don’t add any delicate or dry cleaning items to the same bag, that you wouldn’t usually put in the washing machine.

Unfortunately due to time pressure we cannot hang dry items. If you have items requiring special washing or drying treatment you should not include them with your order.

We can however take special care for these items with our dry cleaning service. Please select the item for dry cleaning and we’ll take special care of it.

8. Do I need to provide my own detergent?

We have our own detergent and softener but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.

We currently provide scented detergent and unscented hypoallergenic environment friendly detergent. You can select the detergent during booking.

Alternatively, we can use your own detergent, just provide it with the laundry at pick up.

9. When will my laundry be delivered?

We offer two options:

#1. The laundry will be returned to you within 24 or 48 hours, depending on the option you choose. We plan our drop offs depending on the pick-ups to save on gas and be conscious about the environment.

#2. If you want to get your laundry back same day, we offer this too. Just select same-day delivery in your booking. We’ll pick it up before noon, and will drop it off the same day.

10. Do you offer dry cleaning?

Yes we do!

We can pick up your dry cleaning items. We work with the best chemists in Orange County to treat any stain. If we can’t clean it, no one can!

11. When will my dry cleaning be delivered?

Our turn-around time on dry cleaning items takes longer than laundry, as our items are cared for one by one, and each items goes through quality control. We want to make sure your items are in superb condition when you receive them back.

Our turn-around items are:

Pick up on Monday, delivery on Thursday

Pick up on Tuesday, delivery on Friday

Pick up on Wednesday, delivery on Saturday

Pick up on Thursday, delivery on Monday

Pick up on Friday, delivery on Tuesday

Pick up on Saturday, delivery on Wednesday

Pick up on Sunday, delivery on Thursday

If you need next-day service, please call us (714-576-8656) to confirm. There will be an additional charge.

12. Do I need to be home for my laundry to be picked up?

No, you can just leave your laundry outside your front door. Make sure you live in a safe area and your HOA approves leaving things outside for a few hours.

When we drop off your clothes, you will receive a text message that we are on the way. You can check the link to see where your driver is. The driver will always ring the doorbell, but will unload in case you are not home.

Our drivers always try to find a safe and rain-free spot for your laundry.

13. Is there a minimum order size?

We have a minimum charge of $35 per pickup, that can be a combination of laundry, dry cleaning, etc.

14. Do you offer commercial rates?

Yes, we do! We love working with our commercial clients and offer pickups and deliveries 7 days a week if needed. Our commercial rates start at a minimum of 50lbs per pickup.

We do pickup events, and have linen available for rental as well.
